You may join Keystone First VIP Choice if you:

• Are a Pennsylvania resident living in one of the following counties:
  • Bucks.
  • Chester.
  • Delaware.
  • Montgomery.
  • Philadelphia.
• Have or will soon have Medicare Parts A and B.
• Receive Medicaid benefits.
